VARYNX is built on a "Zero-Cloud" philosophy. We believe security should be handled at the device level, not on a server. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. Our products are designed for your security, not for data monetization.

3.1 VARYNX Lite (Standalone Architecture)
VARYNX Lite is a standalone security tool. It performs all threat evaluations locally on your device. There is no routine outbound network traffic required for security protection, and no analytics, telemetry, or diagnostic ping-backs are sent to VARYNX.
3.2 VARYNX 2.0 (Local Mesh Architecture)
VARYNX 2.0 leverages local mesh networking over your private Local Area Network (LAN) for multi-device coordination. There is no VARYNX cloud dependency for routine protection; all security intelligence, posture evaluation, and logs remain stored on your device.
3.3 Future Ecosystem (Coming Soon)
The VARYNX ecosystem is under active development. This policy will be updated to reflect any new data processing categories if and when ecosystem-level features are released.
3.4 Infrastructure & Support
Support Communications: If you email us, we process only the contact information and content you choose to share to resolve your inquiry.
Website Infrastructure: Our website server logs may record IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps to ensure service stability. We do not employ third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Payments: Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play. VARYNX receives only limited purchase-state confirmation; we never have access to full payment card numbers or financial details.
Diagnostics: We do not collect crash or reliability telemetry. Any diagnostics provided are handled solely by the platform vendor (e.g., Google Play) according to their own policies and are outside of VARYNX's direct collection or control.
