  1. Scope
    Applies to varynxguard.com and VARYNX mobile applications distributed by VARYNX.
    If an in-app disclosure conflicts on a specific feature, the in-app disclosure controls for that feature.

  • VARYNX does not sell your personal information [revise if false].

  • VARYNX does not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising [revise if false].

  • Many security features process signals on-device without transmitting those signals to VARYNX for routine operation [subject to Section 3 exceptions].

  • Google Play and platform vendors may collect information independently.

  1. Categories of processing
    3.1 On-device security processing
    May include permission states, app metadata relevant to posture, radio interface metadata as implemented,
    user-initiated scan targets (example: QR), local logs if the product provides them.
    Retention is user-controlled via device storage and uninstall behavior.
    3.2 Support communications
    Email address, message content, attachments you choose to send.
    3.3 Website / infrastructure
    Server logs may include IP address, user agent, timestamps [if collected].
    List analytics or CDN vendors if any exist; if none, state that accurately.
    3.4 Payments
    Processed by Google Play. VARYNX receives limited purchase state; not full payment card numbers.
    3.5 Diagnostics [conditional - must match reality]
    If crash or reliability telemetry is enabled: vendor name, categories, retention, opt-out.
    If not used beyond platform defaults: state that platform-provided diagnostics may exist outside VARYNX direct control.

  2. Legal bases (EEA / UK users, if applicable)
    Contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent where required for non-essential cookies or optional telemetry.

  3. Sharing
    Subprocessors under agreement, legal process, professional advisers, business transfers with notice as required by law.

  4. Retention
    Support: as needed to resolve plus ordinary business records. Logs: define window. On-device: user-controlled.

  5. Security
    Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. No method is 100 percent secure.

  6. Children
    Services not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). Deletion requests for inadvertent collection.

  7. International
    Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where processors operate.

  8. Rights
    Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection where applicable. Contact [EMAIL_PRIVACY]. Appeals where required by law.

  9. U.S. state privacy laws
    Complete with counsel (CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, etc., as applicable).
