1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VARYNX services—including our website (varynxguard.com) and mobile applications—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of all VARYNX products immediately.

2. License Grant & Tiered Access

• VARYNX Lite: Licensed as a standalone consumer application. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use VARYNX Lite for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• VARYNX 2.0 (Beta): Access to VARYNX 2.0 is provided as a beta release. Your use of this version is governed by these Terms and the specific distribution agreements/requirements provided by the Google Play Store.

• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any VARYNX product. You may not sublicense, redistribute, or use VARYNX software for commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

VARYNX retains all rights, title, and interest in its software, security algorithms, architecture, and proprietary documentation. You are granted a right to use the software for its intended purpose; you do not gain any ownership rights to the underlying technology.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

VARYNX services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VARYNX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our security posture evaluations will detect every threat, nor that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VARYNX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume full responsibility for your device's security and for any actions taken based on our security alerts.

6. Termination

Your license is effective until terminated. VARYNX reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products or legal requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of VARYNX products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
